"Advance Auto Parts is a large chain of stores with almost identical layouts and product selection throughout the chain. The only real difference in the stores is the onsite staff. And that's where this store seems to excel. My brief experience found a couple of really friendly young staff members who were ready and able to help with assistance and suggestions."

"I was a long time advance customer I was very loyal to advance spent a lot of money with them I was given promotion from a local shop owner to perches a part under their commercial account and the next day I received a very rude and unprofessional phone call from the cpp at the store I was disrespected cussed out and ultimately told that it was in my best interest to not come back on the property I reached out to their headquarters and was told that I was liar they have refused to honer any of my warranty's that were supposed to be life time so I shop O'Reilly's now and they know how to treat a customer and they have better prices as well"
