"Trust me folks, I have been receiving Google reviews at my own business for many years. Getting a five star overall rating with every review actually being five stars is incredible. You only have to upset one customer to get a bad review, those are easy to get. Good reviews on the other hand are much harder to earn. You have to make several hundred customers happy to eventually get one that will write a positive review. The fact that Chip's has so many good reviews has me very excited! At the time of this writing, my F-350 is being serviced at Chip's. The actual problem that i brought it in for, a blown oil seal on the high pressure pump, was fixed within an hour. I was so impressed that I requested that even more work be done. Here's how awesome they have been so far... Instead of charging me for 4 hours of labor to service my drive shaft, they volunteered that it would be cheaper for me to have them send it out for service. In the meantime, they are working on a wiring harness that mice had chewed and are replacing my 21 year old California emissions type glow plug controller. I still don't know the price, but whatever it is, I trust that it will be fair and honest. I will update this review after I pick up my truck. Then again, I might keep finding things for them to fix so maybe I'll update before that. By the way, I live about 30 miles away and drove past other diesel shops to get here based on a random recommendation from another happy Chip's customer."
