When the screen arrived they went ahead and started the phone up and it was working perfectly (as if it had already been repaired). They did more troubleshooting and found nothing wrong at all so instead of charging us for a new screen and all the time and effort they had already expended we got the phone back for $0. These people are so honest and helpful - while we waited they even showed an older gentleman how to recover his emails, again at no charge.
