She was a little scared after the first one and he still got her through it with all the kindness. Very happy with our experience and so thankful it was a safe space for my kiddo."

"UPDATE!!!! The response I recieved from the owner down below after my first comment isn’t true at all. I had a dermatologist appointment to go to and had to go right to work from there to work a 14 hour shift. So your information isnt correct!!!!! Your rude front desk lady couldn’t even seem to give 2 cares in the world. She didn’t even say anything about trying to see if you guys could do anything for me! told me I could wait, if some time frees up. But the next available time slot was 2pm. Soooo when your front desk lady handles your business like that take that as well as the other negative reviews about her and change for the better! Wow. Sadly writing this. I have gotten all my piercings here anlways except when I was a young girl (my first 2 earlobe holes) I have 19 in total. Only gone a few times for an earring change but when I did I had no issues. Well recently I’ve needed a MRI and when I put my rook piercing heart shaped earring back in it wasn’t perfect but it didn’t bother me. Well it turned to the inner heart area and is extremely painful and will usually turn back when I move it and it just won’t pudge so I need help getting it out and she refused me because I didn’t have an appointment. I’ve never had the issue before with needing an appointment and as I understand this new rule and respect that typically I’m actually having a big issue and she couldn’t even be bothered to get off her stool to go see if someone can squeeze me in with this particular situation. Would have taken 5 minutes tops !!!! Like seriously! And lose the attitude lady!!"

"I see Mike K. At this location usually. Always such a welcoming person. A very easy going personality and easy to talk to. He makes getting piercings a fun experience in my opinion. Once again, just a lovely crew. Will come back time and time again :)"

"I cannot say enough good things about Mike! He was so kind, hype and inviting. I was there to get my nostril pierced again after Covid and before trying to pierce anything he was able to get jewelry in just by seeing if my hole was still open. I SWEAR I have tried on my own with no results, but he’s magic (and obviously very skilled, and trained) He was honest and kind about the potential for other piercings I was interested in possibly rejecting and he has a way of delivering disappointing news that’s incredibly easy to handle. I would hire this guy tell to me my dog died just so I would take the news better, he’s that genuinely charismatic and kind. My piercing looks wonderful, and the woman who cashed me out and helped me select the jewelry (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name because I was a little nervous!) was wonderful and I couldn’t be more happy with the size she helped me choose for the jewel!"
