"Came to the office for a needed cleaning and called before to make sure my insurance would be taken. I was told it was but when I arrived they told me it was not taken. After calling my insurance, they told me it WAS taken and took me to the back. Then after I was already sitting down I was told that they AGAIN didn’t take my insurance. The front staff is incompetent and completely wasted my time in that office. If you don’t take my insurance, simply tell me that over the phone or first thing when I get there instead of confusing me and going back and forth. Im sure the dentist is great but definitely needs more knowledgeable staff because they are very frustrating."

"I have been terrified to go to the dentist, until I started going to Dr. Lang. He is an excellent dentist that knows what he's doing. He's patient, gentle, kind & reliable. I had root canals done by three other dentist & Dr. Lang by far is the best! I always had an excellent experience at Dr. Lang's. Only one time I had to wait about 20 min. in the waiting room & that was because he took an emergency patient that called that day. I appreciate a dentist that takes emergencies, to me that is a true dentist. Dr. Lang was very apologetic that I had to wait 20 min. I also take my two daughters, ages 9 & 10 to him & they love him. They look forward to go to the dentist. Also, the hygienist is also great. He has patience & does an excellent job cleaning. He's awesome with kids too!! The front desk staff is also great! They are always so helpful if you have a hectic schedule to make sure you get an appointment that works for you. Once again, Dr. Lang is an excellent dentist & I am so happy & grateful to have him as a dentist!!"
