"This place is always empty"
"Even with an appointment you have to wait about two hours in order to be seen, they have you sign your name and time on a booklet even with that they lose track of the patients in the waiting area. If you have time to waste this the great place for you."
"The office itself is in major need of a renovation. There is a heavy warm musk smell that fills the entire office every visit. The dentist and staff would excel if they implemented the use an etiquette course and tips on how to interact/engage with actual human-beings. Aside from that, expect to sit in the tiniest (6 chair) waiting-room for roughly 1-3 hours to be seen. Just a heads up!"
"My husband had an appointment for 12 PM, he got there 15 minutes before noon and it was 2 PM and he still had not been seen. People that got there after him were seen before him so he left. He then got a call AFTER he had left that he had to go back because they were still going to bill the insurance since he was the one that decided to leave. This is VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time."
"Not too bad. I went in today 7/6 for a cleaning and x-ray first time in this office. The office itself could use a remodel, as well the equipment could be updated but it's functional. The hygienist that did the x-ray does not know English Spanish speaking only so she had to have someone translate for her. While trying to do my x-ray I had to hold the something in my mouth using my finger so that she could take the picture. There was no real cover over it just plastic wrap. Not cool for me because I'm used to not having to do anything when pictures of my mouth are taken at the dentist. So that was a problem for me and the process didn't go well. Once I finally got through that I saw the actual dentist who did the cleaning. She was very experienced from the way she evaluated my teeth she was able to tell me what cavities I have and where very quickly, and she told me my teeth overall looked to be in good shape. I'll trust her word that. So not too bad but could be a little better."
