"I have received two dental cleanings at Zolotar, and both times I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. The dentist did not floss, and there’s certainly no way that a thorough cleaning and examination can be done in such a short time. It seems negligent, and I will not be returning."

Regrettably, this turned out to be a grave error, as my experience left me feeling that they completely disregarded my time. I scheduled an appointment a whole week in advance. However, my first appointment day arrived, and they informed me that the dentist was ill, causing the cancellation of my appointment. I rescheduled in the coming week, hoping for a smoother experience. On my second appointment day, they dropped another bombshell - they did not accept my insurance, despite me providing my insurance information on day one. It's baffling that they failed to verify my insurance coverage when I initially informed them with the necessary details, wasting three weeks of my time in the process. I had to make adjustments to my work schedule to accommodate these appointments, and now I find myself unable to see a new dentist for another week due to the need for rescheduling. As a working professional, this has been an utterly frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. My advice: steer clear of this place."

"I took my mom in today for a clean up and a tooth filling but the doctor seemed unsure about what she’s doing. She finished the clean up in less than 8 mins and after taking X-rays of my mom’s teeth she wasn’t sure which teeth need to be filled in. The office was so empty as well we were the only ones there that’s why it seemed suspicious. Anyways we left without getting fillings because my mom didn’t feel safe."

"I seldom write good reviews, but have to mention this dentist. It is a very professional dentist, where high quality and professionalism meets affordable prices, integrity and honesty. This is one of the few places in Brooklyn, where dentists will not try to rip you off, while your teeth can outlive you. 5 stars for the crowns."
