"The doctor is very good. The front desk staffs are very rude. She really don't like patients ask her questions. I really want to asked her, “ Who is your boss? If you not wellcome patients to come, no need to open the business”! Because she don't know how to respect people."
"If I can, I will definitely give the worst bad review. The service attitude at the front desk will really make people angry. A thin young woman. This is my first time to go to this clinic, and then there will be no next time.My friend said that the doctor was very good, but I didn't see the doctor at all because I was already angry, so I left."
"This office's front dest lady ( The skinny short one), Have very bad attitude. even when the other assistant try to help me, she told him to just go and don't need to talk to me. This kind of attitude only can happen in the Chinese community. it is very unprofessional."
"What I really wanted to talk about is the overbookings that this office (and many other clinics in Chinatown) are infamous for. As with many older Chinese patients, my parents feel more comfortable to see a Chinese doctor. Many Chinese doctors are well aware of that and they want to maximize their revenue by booking more patients than they can handle in a day. Needless to say the first impact is the long waiting time. I am not talking about 15 minutes or half an hour. It is not unusual for patients to wait for an hour to 2 hours beyond their appointment time in this office. I wanted to call out our community leaders to address this business practice. We are living in an advance country. Is it really OK that Chinese patients should be prepared to deal with long waiting time and the rudeness of the staff? If we want changes, it has to start with our own community."
"Dr. Kevin Young is the best dentist I could recommend to anyone. He did my Invisalign and root canal and I’ve been regular for cleanings. However and I must say, his staff has always been the worst I’ve encountered. They show apathy towards patients and are disorganized. This is reflected on the long waiting, could be from 1 hr or more even if you have an appointment. This is really infuriating and I’ve mentioned it to the doctor directly. I think I am insane for coming here for years and expecting a different experience with the staff."
