"I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for this coming Saturday (today is Tuesday). I called the office yesterday to see if by any chance they had an earlier appointment on the same day, nobody answered. Sent a text but nobody replied, left a voicemail but nobody called me back. I called again today and the lady who answered said they had sent me a text message letting me know they are having a problem with my insurance due to new management and will not be able to see me on Saturday. I said I never received a message, text or voicemail. She then said oh sorry, it hasn’t been sent yet. This is very upsetting and unprofessional because they could have told me weeks ago, I had to change my entire work schedule and make up time ahead of this coming up appointment so that I could take this Saturday off. It is a lack of courtesy to wait until the last minute to let “patients” know they cannot see you specially after I did get a text message saying that if I did not show up to my appointment or call to reschedule or cancel 48 hours before my appointment, I would be charged $75 fee! Some nerve to message me this when you waited until it was 3-4 days before my appointment to let me know it was cancelled anyway. And I only found out because I called, I wonder when and if they were going to actually call me or message me like lady said to explain the problem with my insurance carrier. So disappointed, I had read good reviews before I called to make my first appointment, and the Dr may be very good but the way they handle business and the disrespect they just showed me says a lot about their business management."

"Dr. Seok and the his office staff are simply the best! Efficient, attentive, caring and transparent. Booking system is on point and seamless. Very grateful I live near the clinic and my insurance covers him. No doubt that he’s one of the best dentists in New Jersey!"

I really love how caring and kind he is, and I’ve never received that from a dentist before. He is so informative and wants to educate you about how to take care of your teeth and, in my case, what could happen in the future just to be aware. He is so insightful and takes good care of your teeth and provides praise throughout his process, which makes me feel good about myself. For a dentist, it’s something I’ve never had nor experienced, so I would keep going back for the person he presents himself to be."
