"I called 8 plumbers to help my mom with her toilet. Many didn’t answer the phone and only two called back. Mr. Winkler not only called, but came early the next day and fixed the toilet in a jiffy. He’s been a plumber for over 30 years and knows it all. Also, when my mom showed him her shower floor that was also leaking he sealed it up with the correct sealant and didn’t charge extra. He cleaned the area and took all the broken pieces with him. He is efficient and answers all your questions and doesn’t mind you watching him work and showed me how to fix the toilet for the future.
