"I had Patrick as my barber. I got a low fade with some off the top by scissors. The cut came out great and the seating etiquette was amazing. Patrick was very entertaining and easy-going to get a haircut from."
"got a haircut from Patrick an amazing experience to say the least. such a easy person to speak to and very caring about the cut you are getting and very knowledgeable about cutting hair. i am for sure going to come back and im definitely gonna be recommending Patrick to all the people i know for haircuts"
"I’ve been coming here for sometime now and I’m always blessed with clean and professional cuts. Faze has been my go to for a while and has always very personable and made my experiences at Filthy Rich amazing. He is very accommodating and provides quality care with his customers. The staff here are highly skilled and are always welcoming and gracious making Filthy Rich a highly recommended barber shop."
"Filthy Rich is awesome!! The shop is clean with great energy all around. I brought my brother here for a much needed cut while back in Queens and he loved it. Brandon the barber was professional and took his time to make sure everything was exactly how it was asked for. Really happy we found our go to barber."
"I was here yesterday to receive a cut and trim my beard just a bit. I had booked with Rich the owner because I assumed I would have a better experience. Unfortunately, I did not receive the haircut I've wanted AT ALL. The picture I showed to Rich was looked at for no more than 5 seconds and then he buzzed off the whole side of my head, which is NOT in the picture. At this point, I was not able to really say anything as it's already done. What can I really say/do at this point. He asked me if I liked it after, which I replied to truthfully. "This is not what I wanted, this is not in the picture. But it's okay becuz hair grows back, but this is not the picture I showed AT ALL." He saw the picture again and acknowledged his mistake. I then proceeded to get my beard trimmed. Before trimming I show a picture of a beard and ask the barber " can I get the bottom of my beard as straight and neat as this dude in the picture?" He said yes and I specifically said I WANT TO KEEP MY BEARD LENGTH. My beard no longer has length. I wasn't told anything while getting my beard done like "hey i gotta make you're beard much shorter than it is" or " is it okay to loose 2-3 inches off your beard" which would be greatly appreciated. At this point, I didn't say anything at all. It's done, I wanna pay, and get outta the store. I was told the "filthy rich cut" was 80, but I would pay 60 due to the mistake. I payed, only to realize later that the haircut I booked was the "superhero modern&beard" that was 60 to begin with. This made me feel like I got alittle ripped off. Cherry on top: I go home, and my wife hates it. She doesn't say much, but I know my wife, and her lack of words say more. Words of advice: if a customer shows you a picture of what he wants, take more time to see the pic, ask the customer questions, ask me where I want the fade to start. Shave a bit off the bottom of the sides, ask if I wanna go higher. I didn't anticipate being this salty about my haircut to be honest. I didn't like it to begin with, and now my wife doesn't like it , and in turn I feel like I'll lack a bit of confidence for a month or two. This haircut REALLY doesn't go with a suit or tie either, which I have to wear EVERYDAY to work. So that doesn't help :( Edit: I've added a picture of how it was before so that you can see that the hairstyle I requested is possible for my thin hair type. I originally wasn't this upset over it until my wife didnt really like it, and i had to put on a suit. I also was under the assumption that the price online for the "superhero modern and beard" was the total with Rich, my apologies for my assumptions. What was confusing is that I was told that I'm receiving a discount off of the "filthy rich" cut when I booked something different. I've had the cut I've originally requested before. I didn't didn't have a fade, which I wanted this time around."
