"Called Cee yesterday to make a first time appointment for today at 630pm. He wasnt available that late but asked if I wanted to see Gene who would be there and was free at that time. Cool, works for me. I showed up at 615pm and asked for Gene who promptly told me he had one in the chair and two more waiting. I waited 15 minutes and it was clear I wouldn't be in the chair before 730/8pm so I left. For all I know he cuts hair well but you can't advertise appointments preferred but then expect me to wait an hour or more to accommodate 2 walk ins. Kinda defeats the purpose of appointments."
