"The barber I went to was very unsanitary and made a mistake with the way he cut my hair. I didn’t mind the mistake too much, but the way he handled it is what rubbed me the wrong way. He didn’t apologize or say much of anything about it when I confronted him, which is very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend coming here."

"The owner Dez is a GREAT BARBER, however the wait time is ridiculous. Cancel all your plans if you plan on going to Dr. Cuts. This man will run to the store and come back in an hour, He is the village lawyer of Flatbush. His skills are impeccable but it doesn't justify the wait time. He is a jack of all trades but not master of time. People's time Need's to be valued and respected. We as a community love him but he just needs to work on his time or let his customers sometimes go to his employees when he is not around."
