"I got a cut here once and it was just iight, but I took a chance because they’re close. But now I’m sure that I’m never coming back because they play too many games for the level of talent they have. I’ll call in the middle of the day, they’re booked and I gotta call back the next day because for some odd reason they won’t let me book an appointment for the next day ahead of time, which makes ZERO sense, call back the next morning, no barbers are in yet so I can’t make an appointment. Call back an hour later, sorry we’re booked for the day. This has been the case the last 4 times I’ve called them. Whether it be the morning or the afternoon. They always ask whether you’ve been there before or not and whenever I tell them “once” the dude on the phone will make some weird noises as if he’s not used to thinking, just to say “nah, I don’t think we can” because yeah, I’m sure these barbers are just non-stop cutting hair from opening to closing, RIIIIIGHT. Just be warned, this is a shop with okay barbers who won’t give you a slot if they don’t feel like it. Maybe this is a sign that I shouldn’t be settling for half decent haircuts just because a shop is close to me. So now I gotta travel deep as hell to bay ridge or Brighton for an actual good haircut and if anyone is considering going here and you’re reading this review … you probably won’t be able to book an appointment anyway so I suggest you do the same."
