Barber I got placed with was excellent even though I was unsure what I wanted to do with my hair I got a great clean up and some great conversation! The new store front looks so clean and professional."

"For years I settled and went to great clips and super cuts but today I went to Mikes and had Richie cut my hair, trim my beard, the works. What an absolute insane difference. It’s a few bucks more but it’s well worth it. I’m a permanent customer for sure with Richie."

"Specifically called asking about if walk ins were welcome. Went on my break. I understand barbers make money off each cut, but the barber who answered my phone call was adamant I make an appointment with him. I wait 15 minutes, ultimately to watch someone walk right ahead of me, despite arriving first, because this barber wanted my money, without taking into account my limitations on time. Other barbers became free and he claimed me so I couldn't choose them. Couldn't get the cut done because I ran out of time and will be going to my event tonight not feeling as good as I would have liked to. Very disappointed"
