"At one point in my life when I was frail and anemic because of a chronic intestinal condition back in the mid 2000's this guy saw me and wanted to do (5) - FIVE - root canals out of the blue if I remember correctly, I was around 20 years of age. I briefly imagined he must have been seeing something on my x-rays because I had lost a lot of weight and I assumed that my teeth or mouth/bone structure must have gotten weak or something because of the issues brought on at the time by my condition.. He's the "professional" right? He insisted and said that I needed all of them.. Not trusting him I refused.. I said absolutely not and walked out and never visited him again, I thought he was out of his mind.. NEVER once have I needed a root canal according to ANY OTHER dentist so far even now in 2023. No one has ever told me even after being x-rayed during any checkups that I ever needed any root canals since. Unfortunately my mom had been seen by this doctor years later in the 2010's unbeknownst to me, HE performed LIKE 12 ROOT CANALS ON HER. Like 10 on the top teeth and 2 on bottom. And now because of all of that she needs apicoectomy's on like 6 teeth because her upper gums have an INFECTION that won't go away without that procedure.. And guess what, the insurance DOESN'T want to cover this at all. It'll cost us at least $800 USD per tooth. This is UNBELIEVABLE. This "Doctor" needs to lose his license, I wonder how many victims he has SCREWED over with his massive malpractice and UNNECESSARY root canals that he seemingly wants to do on EVERYONE. This is insane. Can a class action lawsuit be brought on?!"

"I don’t wish anyone to deal with Tanya Nekhamkina in this office (interacts with insurance companies). Makes mistakes as a result of which the waiting time for approval by the insurance company is delayed. When I tried to figure out what was going on, she was constantly rude, raised her voice, and spoke in an extremely disrespectful manner. If you don't want to waste your time and nerves, don't come here. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would certainly do so."

"AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS! I went to Dr. Klebanov against my better judgement because his assistant consistently almost near harassment called me. I decided to give him a try since I needed work and my insurance had money available. He gave me a procedure that I did not need and charged my insurance incorrectly. He also told me he would pull a tooth which he didn't and now I am not sure if the procedure he charged me for I would be eligible for again. I made his office manager aware but I am not sure if they have corrected the situation. This is very difficult for me because I have a lot of dental issues and the more I have to wait the worse it gets. I am very frustrated and he took advantage of me avoid him at all cost."
