"Roy was a gentleman and a good an honest businessman. This new owner is not He is not only rude but lied to my mother who is 84 years old to scam her out of an extra $10 . Do yourselves a favor if you choose to use this business, get your estimate in writing before you leave your shoes there . In almost 60 years of living this is the first negative review I’ve ever left . You should be ashamed of yourself . You can kiss the business of not only my family but everyone else I can manage to speak with, goodbye. As you told my mom “don’t come back, that’s your prerogative. “"

"I just dropped off my shoes here, I asked for cleaned and polished. The owner disclosed that they won’t be brilliant clean upfront. I do appreciate the honesty. He seems like a really nice person. I’ll report back after I pick up the shoes next week…………………………. 10/3/23: I picked them up, I asked can you blend the color, I was told “no this is all we could do, is polish them”. "Owner and his wife are super friendly. On a random Saturday i walked in. I lost one heel. Owner asked me to wait and finished fixing the heel in under 15 minutes. No next day, No nothing b....... I compared to my original heel it's exactly the same. The owner even went extra mile to changed the bottom of the other heel to balance out. The real heels Look blacker than the pictures. He also fixed The exposed part and attached the leather back to the scratched part of the heels. Beautiful job done."

"I went to this location because it was near my house and when I went in he was hard at work so I trusted it initially. I needed a pair of shoes I own to be re-glued to the bottom of the soles. It is a very simple job and I could have done myself very easily but I figured them me get them done the right way. Two weeks after dropping them off he charged me I think $15 and when I inspected there was glue residue all over. Very messy and was not satisfied but I said I guess this is what I get for 15 dollars. After wearing them for a day they started to come apart again. For the amount of glue this guy put on there and the mess he made around the edges I would figure at least it would be on there good. I called to see if he could help and he said bring them in and I’ll redo it. I said I don’t feel comfortable bringing them back and if it’s possible to have a refund. He said no refunds just bring it back to me or bring to another place. So overall , long time for me to get back something simple, terrible workmanship and messy, and it didn’t even accomplish what I went there intending to get done, and wouldn’t work with me other then saying he will redo it. Not very happy with his services. I will definitely be going to another place to hopefully get a better result."
