My 17 year old daughter purchased a hat and two hoodies as gifts from the Massapequa location and that night she learned one of the people the gifts were intended fir had a fabric allergy. No problem, not only do we have the original receipt we also have a gift receipt she had asked for when she purchased the items. Upon walking into the store the very next morning Nicole curtly told my 17 year old child no returns on the hat and exchange only on the hoodie. Now understand, this 17 year old child asked for a gift receipt and apparently it wasn't important to share the no returns policy when she made her purchase. If it is posted somewhere in the store I certainly didn't see it. Apparently it is on the receipt which would help but you don't get that until they have your money. I explained all of this to Nicole and as it turns out she's apparently the manager. She was upset the employee didn't convey the information. But honestly in this day what store does not allow any returns at all regardless? Exchange only. And in addition to that her answer was to blame the cashier fir not sharing that the gift receipt wouldn't really help with part of tye gift at all. I will NEVER allow my money in that store again"
