"I this nike bag was 35$ ( ii confirm the price with the male) came back on my brake to buy the bag I didn’t realize she charged me 45$?!!! So ii return to the store and kindly tell this THOT, HEY YOU UP CHARGED ME and now that ii think of it ii remember u scratching the price off .I don’t have the receipt so she said bring the bag and show bank statement! I I DIDNT WANT MY KONEY BACK II JUST WANTED TO BE TRETED CORRECTLY! They never once said “ u didn’t buy this bag here !! NEVER once said she didn’t upscale you” they just kept trying to find a way not to give me my 10$ they took ! ii work 1st hand customer service, ii understand with the store rules but you basically said it’s ok for my employees to steal from you Coming from McDonald’s management we rather save a customer… (fix the problem n hope to c there $ again) Ii guess 10$ was more important then having me as a reoccurring customer Don’t shop here and I’m not stopping here with my problem"

"My shoes last 2 weeks. I went back to rhe store to get a replacement and manager or person on charge. Said they got nothing todo with Nike. They ara not retailer authorized...basically the shoes are fake. ......nothing is really there. Nothing even nike company they give 2 yeas of guaranty.......but they don care about it.....fake shoes. "Don’t bother coming in here. They overcharge way to much for shoes. And I mean OVERCHARGE. I came in and saw hyped releases like the Jordan 1 Shadows and asked how much. THEY SAID $350. First off, I thought they were a retail store. And secondly $350. That’s way more than what market is asking. Also for their jordan shoes in grade school they’re way overpriced. $200+ depending the style. Just buy from Nike or footlocker. Do yourself a favor and don’t come in here."
