"Been shopping there for years since high school my trademark kicks was the penny foamposite since 98’ even tho it came in 97’ but my first pair was 98’ had about 15pairs in total had about maybe 300 pairs of kicks. Sip to my lil brother who they treated like family and put a pic of him in the store."

"I went to Foot land on Saturday December 27th, 2013. This was the second time that I had came into the store because my boyfriend recommended it for me, now I never get any of my sneakers from an underground spot because of me not wanting to me gipped or chance them being fake. I went there for the first time on October 9th, 2013 checking out some sneakers with my boyfriend. I already had a bad vibe from the store figuring that there was nothing that indicated that this store was official. I personally asked a worker there if this was all real because it seemed unlikely to me and he swore up and down that it was real so I believed him. The second time I went was on December 27th, 2013 , I wanted to buy some taxi 12's that recently came out, I went there in the store with my money ready, I knew my size and what I wanted to get. After putting the sneaker on to see what it was like I was walking around for ten minutes to see if everything felt right and the two workers were skeptical ad looking at me. So I went and purchased my Jordan taxi 12s for 220$, and I went to the worker once again and asked him is everything here official because I get my sneakers strictly from Foot Locker, Champs, & Finish Line; so I know that they are all real. The workers started boasting about how this store has been around for 20 years, hopefully another 20 more and everything is real, so I took his word. I went home and started comparing them to all my other Jordan's because I keep them in boxes and the difference was quite big, the fake box is smaller, does not have a suggested retail price, the fake taxi's also have no tag on tounge, and on the sole of the sneaker the Jordan symbol was flipped so there was no doubt these were fake. I was furious especially due to me paying 220$ and personally asking for myself, so the following day my mother & I took pictures of my real jordans and there boxes comparing the ones I purchased. I called up the store and told them I would be coming in. I went in on December 28th with my mother with the sneakers with the receipt and bags that it came in. We went in there and went straight to the owner saying we need my 220$ back because what they sold me was fake and illegal. The owner seemed nervous and tried to lie saying everything is real and they been around for 20 years, so I took off my retro Jordan 5's and put them on the counter to show the distinct differences. The guy who purchased me the sneaker the day before came out from the back and I went straight to him and said these sneakers are fake he asked how, and I started comparing the differences from the real taxis to the fake ones, even stating about the flipped Jordan sign and how the real Taxis have a zig zag design on the bottom in black and yellow while to the fake ones have boxes on the bottoms. He tried to tell me that there are different designs for men and kids on the sole, and I said I've been wearing Jordan's my whole life, do I look like a fool to you? I told them about how my father is a cop and this is an illegal thing to do so this store can get shut down really quick. As soon as I said that I was given my money back in cash and nothing else was said. Do not rip yourself off and get fake sneakers at an "underground spot" especially if you're paying a lot of money. This store sucks & sells fake merchandise! Never again!"
