"The store has a made up rule of not being able to return online orders (their website says they do accept returns from online purchases), I just wanted to exchange them and they said no. Worst customer service ever. Never purchasing anything from Snipes. I also see a lot of customers have had this issue."

"order a pair of sneakers online and all of a sudden this location want to make up there own rules w return policy which is the opposite on what is on the website- the sneakers were not final sale or clearance and I was willing to do a exchange but they didnt have it in stock but refer me to email customer service for help with my return! I called 2 other locations which educated me with the return policy and I fell within guideline and was able to return my item in store at their location."

"The costumer experience here doesn’t make me mad anymore at this point it’s funny. The employees here are a joke, they act like they’re not getting paid for helping out people. Me and my mom really liked a backpack from here and I had asked one the employees to help me see it because it was all the way at the top and I wanted to see the back of it and the price obviously. The employee was a girl, white skin (maybe Puerto Rican or Dominican based on the accent) she also dresses like a tomboy compared to the other woman employees. She had the nastiest attitude towards my mom, we literally just walked out because I wasn’t going to let someone like that ruin our day. I hope she doesn’t work there anymore ñ. They need to hire people that are eager to help out."

"I wish I can give ZERO star! Staff act like you need to pleased them to get help. We went to buy shoes for me and my daughter. They were rolling eyes all the time. They didn’t have our size. I would have order online if they offer but they ignored us. I truly question myself how they still in business with such a terrible staff. Never again."
