"Most un- professional person I've ever met. Scheduled a repair and he didn't show up. Called him and he said if he broke the shower trying to get a drain out he wasn't responsible. The day he was supposed to come and make repairs he called and said for me to get someone else. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Would never recommend this guy to anyone."

"Only reason I gave him one star, couldn't give him 0. Came to look at shower drain replacement. Said would return next day to repair the problem. Didn't show up and didn't call. Husband contacted him, he told him he couldn't fix it. Should have told us when he came the first time. Would not recommend."
