They are always professional and it is wonderful to have a good morning when you walk into a service department. They remembered me from my first visit, and that is rare. They listened to my concerns about my car and made sure everything was taken care of. The young lady on the phone (the one you talk to for the appointments) called as promised if an earlier appointment opened up. This is the kind of service that makes me happy."

"My car had to go in to fix a part that finally came in. The repair time was longer than anticipated, and they don't offer loaner vehicle. My husband got a bit upset. The manager Millie was exceptional. She assessed and handled the situation.. Not only calming my husband down, but made him understand reason it would take so long.
