"Hired for a job to refinish a tub on the 3rd floor of a townhouse, even came while we were there and wrote up the estimate and what tub and what needed to be done and all. Then they sub-contracted the work out (which we did not know would happen) and when the guy showed up to do the work the maintenance guy let him in and the guy did the second flood tub, which didn't need to be done and had nothing wrong with it or even fit the description of the tub that needed to be redone and a cracked filled. So not only did they not do the correct tub but they ruined the 2nd floor tub. They refused to come do the correct tub, they refused to give a refund. And there is nothing being done at all. We are out the money and the work. Do not recommend this company at all. Honey do Service....we have reached out to you already and you reached out to the sub contractor who refuses to do anything, and you also refuse to do anything about it. Just saying that you'll never use that sub contractor again isn't enough for us. We are out a lot of money and now 2 tubs that look like crap. You guys also refuse to fix the original tub and refuse to give us our money back so we can at least find someone else. So I won't hold my breath on you stepping up and doing the right thing. My review still stands. As of 9/30/23, we still have not heard from Honey Do Services like you said you'd call. Update: As of 11/15/2023, we still have not heard from Honey Do Service. You have our records under our last name, so you have all our info. Still needing to get things resolved. Update: 12/17/23, still no one has reached out to us. We are still out almost 2k dollars and no solution. You are liars. 2.13.24....still stand by what I say. This company is horrible. Doesn't take responsibility for doing the wrong tub and ruining the one they did. I do not recommend using them. And we will proceed further legally."
