"3 months later: (Feb. 5, 2024) Had to get my tires rotated a couple of weeks ago, and found out that when they changed my tires in Sevierville, they cross threaded one of the lug bolts on the stud, it cost more money than it should have to get everything fixed right (including new bolt and stud). Originally, I gave a 5 star review. They were courteous, cheap and the tires were like new, and if it weren't for the tire rotation, it would have probably been a long while before I realized the cross threading. But, because of what I now know, I have to drop my rating. Tires are still good, and everything is fine now, but just feel like this instance should be acknowledged."

"Back brakes and rotors needed replacing while on vacation. They were great and very professional got our car fixed up in less than an hour and were extremely friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend if you need anything done these guys are top notch!"

"Cannot say enough how great this shop was. Visiting from out of town, had a coolant leak issue, and they were wonderful enough to take a look. They are solidly booked, but their mechanic said he could have it fixed in a couple of hours and they did! They had parts ordered and car fixed within a couple of hours and their prices were more then fair. We cannot thank them enough for their fast service and wonderful response for those in need. I would highly recommend Sevierville Tire & Automotive!"

"I picked up a bolt in my tire when I got to town and found this amazing business. The staff was top notch and fixed my tire within 30 minutes of arrival. The building is clean and inviting, amenities are great and again, the customer service was awesome. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!!! 5*****"
