"I have never ever been to a barber shop before because I usually do my own trimming, edging and clean up. Unfortunately I made an appointment for a barber shop which was highly recommended and while waiting to be sat down in the chair they canceled my appointment Long story short. I eventually called about 5 or 6 different barber shops in the area from a Google search to see who had availability. Most of them were either booked but a couple were very rude and unprofessional. I started driving home after losing hope and I called Valor and gave them my situation. They proceeded to tell me they were also busy for the rest of the day but they were willing to squeeze me in without hesitation.
