"Went to get my hair cut and dyed and they advertised that on Mondays they do a cut and color for 65.00 but didn't say that the thickness or length of my hair was going to cost me more and when the woman cut my hair she cut it very unevenly and was really rough when dying my hair. And when rinsing my hair she got water in my ears and didn't do anything about it when I told her that I couldn't get water in my ears she ignored me and she was also just so rude"

I'm a shy and quiet person but found myself giggling and talking. Not to mention? They know what they are doing. While still asking what you like and how you want things.
