"Top Level Collision does excellent work! Pictured is my vehicle before accident repair and after, when I went to pick it up. I had delayed writing my review for about a week because I wanted to get a chance to get my car up on jack stands and examine the suspension replacement myself closeup. Everything was good and up to spec there. I even found an area on the frame that received some paint to cover up some minor collision scratch damage. That was a sign of someone taking some extra effort to get the job done properly to save me from long term corrosion damage. At time of writing there is a parts supply shortage because of ongoing labor strikes. This meant it took a bit longer to get my vehicle back but communication about this maintained and kept straightforward. The only nitpicks I have are truly minor things. There was a bit of paint overspray on the windshield which was cleaned up quickly with a razor blade, and the replacement headlight needed to be aligned a bit. These are VERY MINOR and tiny problems when considering the focus of the main job (suspension work) was done properly. I know some people might find Rick's style gruff, but this is New York City. He is direct, fair, and communicates well. I would recommend Top Level Collision for sure!"

"Due to accident I had my car repaired there it took more than 3 weeks for it to be done. I just received my vehicle on Friday had 24 pack of soda only 4 was left but the kicker is they had my car at another shop get computer diagnostic, out of frustration I just went there to pick it up. My car doesn't want to start without a jump. My engine light is on also steering wheel light as well. I just came from mechanic there saying it's my alternate not charging battery. Where the damages happened to vehicle is where the alternate is. Mechanic basically saying the wires are not connected right. I will be letting my insurance know the situation i will and never recommend nobody to go there shop. I've been calling and they been forwarding my call."
