"The left back car door collects water and I’ve been telling the service officers about this issue for the last two service appointments. They tell me that a lot of people complain about this and that they will take care of it as it’s a manufacturing error. They never took care of it and the issue is still there and the door keeps collecting water. At the last service when I picked up the car, I asked if they were able to fix it and they said that it’s all fixed now. There was a lot of rain yesterday and the door collected so much water. I am asking the service officers to listen to my observations and concerns about the car during appointments, because they are never attentive when I drop off the car. Their attitude changes when they are giving back the car and they act courteous and friendly then."

"Bought a certified pre-owned Toyota Highlander. On the drive home, I begin to hear a gurgling sound coming from underneath the car, on low speed. Like something is loose and scraping. Sure I do have warranty coverage but the point is not that. The point is that Hillside Toyota “inspection” clearly is not thorough. Sending out a newly purchased car in this condition is deplorable. While I will be using every bit of service provisions available here due to being bound by the terms of purchase, I will not be able to recommend this place. The quality of service should be led with integrity and thoroughness. That is not the experience I have had on day two of purchasing a car from here. Regretfully posted."

After my service, I was then rewarded a free car wash! Sometimes demonstrating patience, kindness, respect and being a good customer enables the salesperson to effectively carry out their responsibilities in customer service."

"Mande a hacer el servicio de Aceite mas de 5 veces y todas las veces que traje mi carro me lo cobraron y nunca lo hicieron además, cuando reclame querían ponerle aceite viejo reciclado sin unos estafadores /// I had the oil and filter change service done and they assured me that they did it and they never did it every time I brought it and paid for it and they never did it, they are scammers!!! Don't take your car there so they can cheat you, they don't change it or do anything to it, they tried to put recycled oil on it and put the same filter on it!"
