"If I could rate these people no stars I would they’ve had my car for almost 3 weeks now for minor damage. ive got told my car was going to be ready Tuesday, Tuesday comes now they’re saying Thursday Thursday comes and they tell me Friday at 4:30 I get there @ 4:29 and the shop is closed the lady who works in the from goes I don’t have your keys and everyone already left. why would you tell me the come at 4:30 if ya close at 4:30. they’re very unprofessional and I will be reporting to 311."

"I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service I received from this company. They made grand promises about fixing a paint job that was related to a lifetime warranty and other property damages but showed their true colors when it came to actually delivering on their word. Not only did they lack the basic competence to fix the initial paint job issue, but their attempts at remedying it only resulted in further damage to my property. It's clear that their staff is completely inept and lacks any semblance of professionalism or respect for their customers. To make matters worse, when confronted with their failures, they callously refused to take responsibility for their incompetence and adamantly refused to rectify the situation. It's astonishing how a company can have the audacity to promise repairs and then blatantly disregard their customers' legitimate concerns. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company. They are nothing but a group of negligent amateurs masquerading as professionals. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable business that actually knows how to deliver on their promises."

Their work was top of the line and the car looks fantastic. The woman at the front desk was incredible. The owner and the rest of the crew were also amazing. Couldn’t recommend them more."
