"Im really not a person that leaves bad reviews but the circumstances I’m going through make it very difficult not to. These people are crooks and money hungry. got ripped off here buying a car that was defective from the very beginning and a warranty that they literally refuse to honor. In part it’s my fault but I don’t blame myself because I don’t know much about cars (this was my first car) but after having someone of trust opening the engine bay and checking the car throughly the mechanic find out that all of that money I spend on preventive care was for nothing because they never serviced the car like they were suppose to. Have a seat and read carefully because I’m going to explain everything in detail. The first time I brought the car for repairs they turn me back. the excuse of the manager Was that I shouldn’t be putting 87 octane gas on the car (EVEN THO THE OWNERS MANUAL SPECIFIED THAT) went back and check with other mechanic and he told me it was the coil #4 and all the spark plugs. The fix was poor. They never replace all the spark plugs just that one and left the same coil on it. But I got charge for it!!! I asked why I was being charge since the car was in warranty and they give me some sketchy answers. Second time I went for a full service care. Didn’t end up well. Cabin filter wasn’t replaced, they left the coolant hose loose and flush the entire thing on the highway leaving me stranded, I had to pay over $500 in tow trucks and repairs. I went back to the place and the manager told me he was going to take care of me next time. Went for a third time to check the transmission and the fix for the issue was and quote: “press the throttle all the way” I really have no clue how is that going to fix it or if they think I’m stupid to believe that. I feel so disrespected. As of today I had to replace all spark plugs and ignition coils, fix the leak in the coolant reservoir, replace the engine gasket because the oil was getting into the spark plugs!!!! They never fixed anything! But i am so grateful I have receipts, videos and evidence of all of this and im moving forward with lawyers on this matter. Never get a car here take my experience as a warning."

"brought my car there and got it back with damage to my rim and I tried letting them know and they denied it even after they had pictures of my car when it went there and my rim was fine. I don't recommend anybody to bring their car to that location I even see workers driving customers cars like if they were in fast and furious. I repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE!!"

"If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Drove an hour and a half for my appointment, Was told my car would be fixed by the end of the day, but I did not hear from them. I called the next day and was told that they were now out of the part and would be able unable to fix my car. Now I have to put my life at risk and drive 17 hours in a vehicle with a malfunction because of this dealership. Don’t waste your time with these people."

"I made appointment before I go. It was rainy day and no store or anything nearby, so I had to wait in the waiting area. Everything was good, service, staff and mechanic are very nice. I have no problem at all."
