"I write this review with sincere regret. I urge prospective customers to avail rhemselves of service, here... only when the owner, Sandy, is on-premises. Sandy sometimes travels for periods of time which require leaving his business in the hands of others. This has happened to me twice with the outcome of money being spent... my money, before getting my permission to do-so... a practice which is illegal. Once, when returning to pick-up my car, the bill presented to me was close to $2,000.00... all spent without my prior authorization, when all I had asked-for was a NYStateInspection. Again... the owner Sandy was traveling, and the "care-takers" did not practice proper business protocol. I do not mean to infer that the repairs done were unnecessary; what I do mean to express is: don't spend my money without first getting my permission.When Sandy, the owner, is present, this does not happen. So, my advice: ask for Sandy / otherwise: drive away."

"Failed inspection on a two year old vehicle because i had a ob wireless reader. Instead of telling me to remove it before inspection they rather fail me. Do not go to this dishonest shop. If i can give them less then one star i would. Find a different shop to do business with."
