"I do not believe the owner of the shop follows their own mission statement listed as i have been getting the run around with needed repairs for my vehicle. I own a BMW which has been out of commission due to needed repairs and have spoke with Kumar on several occasions for a price on the repair which i am constantly being promised a quote but not receiving one. Everytime i visit the shop for the repair i am being promised assistance for another time as if my concerns are not important. I am not of the decent of the owner and it appears there may be some sort of discrimination in regards to assisting customers outside of the owners decent. i was referred to K & A auto by a gentleman who is of the same decent as the owner to assist with my concerns based upon the work and price given to him for his bmw concerns. I visited the shop one day to follow up on the quote and called the owner who stepped away from the shop and would not answer my calls and surprisingly enough another customer showed up who was of the decent of the owner, whom also placed a call to the owner while absent and the owner immediatly answered and gave a promise of a scheduled date for repairs & assistance. If the owner actually met with the customer as promised i am unsure of but this place seems to only have a knack of catering towards people who are of the same decent as the owner or have special relationships. It appears the owner may be in over his head with work and picks and chooses out of discrimination who he will assist. I could understand him choosing to not work with certain customers if they have proven to be beligerent or if there were pre existing discrepancies in atitude towards one another but in this case there havent been any issues among us other than my concerns being put off. Due to this constant promise my vehicle has been sitting in street accumulating different fees and causing a major inconvenience in the reason why we have vehicles. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time to stop in to this shop unless you have a special relationship with the owner or are of the same decent. We are in 2023 and there is absolutlely no place for this type of treatment and definately should not be allowed to continue on this path In Bayonne."
