"UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, UNSKILLED. They're lucky I am not suing them for battery for what they did to me. My scalp is currently burning at 4:50 am from the awful bleach job that they did; I have not been able to sleep. I gave them a specific picture with a light brown color and highlights. The woman immediately started without asking any questions or looking closely at the picture. I was there way beyond closing time and both the woman and man were arguing because they didn't like how the color was coming out. They were arguing back and forth and being aggressive in handling my head with the bleach. Bleach splattered on my eye lid a little and I thought I got it off but when I returned home, I had an irritation on my eye lid from the bleach. They applied bleach to my scalp and hair unevenly. I have 4 or 5 different colors, including orange in my head. I came home and seen another girl who had almost the exact same experience as me at this salon. You can see her pictures below. Now, my hair was like that but worse with the variety of colors. They then had the audacity to not take responsibility saying things like "well, you know these things take a lot of time." And further, scared of my reaction, they tried to initially convince me that it looks like. Absolutely unethical and unprofessional. They lied about how long it would took just to get some money. Second, they burned my scalp and injured my so much and offered to "fix" it.She continued to apply bleach secretly on my head when she went to go wash it, even after I told her my scalp is burning, because she knew that the bleach had taken unevenly and they couldn't fix it. Also, she ripped out so much of my hair which was already weakened by her multiple applications of bleach. Bleaching my scalp and then brushing my hair so aggressively to rip out my hair are not acts that a professional hairstylist would engage in. They told to come back so they could "fix it." But it's clear from my experience and the other very similar reviews that my hair will only suffer further damage. I will not be returning to them to get anything fixed after the injury. I was so polite and quiet during this hours-long ordeal that they must have thought they could just say anything to me and get away with it. It was so unprofessional and cruel, especially the blatant bickering and arguing in their language over my head which affected their handling. I look like a clown right now. My mother watched the entire thing and she said that from the outside, it looked like they were hurting me because they kept arguing between themselves and aggressively hitting my head & hair with the bleach. In fact, that's what they were doing, but I didn't say anything because I initially wanted to avoid any tension with the person doing my hair. However, I wish I would've just walked the hell out. I am super upset and I don't trust these individuals who would outright argue and scream on top of my head for over 2 hours. My mom is horrified. I'm horrified. And I have to walk around looking like this before I can change this because my scalp needs to heal. I will not be going back to "fix" anything based on this experience and based on the very accurate and similar experience I see described below. They won't change and become skilled and professional overnight especially if there's verifiable proof that this is what they do. For the sake of transparency and honesty, I am not saying that she and they cannot do anything. Maybe they can cut hair or something, but they definitely cannot color hair or deal with bleach. If it wasn't that bad, and if I wasn't writhing in pain, I would not be up at 4 am writing this. This place was absolutely unprofessional, unskilled, and untrustworthy."

"It’s a husband and wife business and they get straight to the point. The wife washes your hair and dry them, the husband cut and style your hair. They do a great job and very fair pricing."

"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR THICK HAIR. I came in for a consultation because my hair is thick and wavy/curly. I understand some can not handle my hair. If they said no they can not do it, it is no harm done. But the lady said she can do it. I came in with money pieces and I wanted an ASH brown and Ash blonde highlights with curtain bangs and layers. It only took 3 hours to do my hair. I was insanely disappointed in the quality. It was uneven, not what I wanted, it was SO ORANGE and a few strands WHITE. THAT WAS NOT THE WORST PART. I NEVER asked to get my hair thinned out. I did not realized how much they thinned out my hair. I did not have my glasses on so when they man took the scissors I thought he was doing layers. Mind you, I showed photos- multiple. I CRIED and had multiple mental break downs because how bad it was. The lady knew I was upset and it was not what I asked for so she said "next time I will do it for free." So two weeks later I come in and she was so rude. I straight up was like "I really do not like how you did my highlights, they were too chunky and very orange. So I want to even it out." I told her ASH BLONDE and asked if she will not bleach the already highlighted parts. She showed me the color she is going to use which did say ash blonde but it still came out orange. It does not looked toned at all. She charged me $40 for the color. WHAT COLOR, it did not show up. Absolute waste of time, money, and hair."
