"Dr. Laughridge cares about me as her patient. She is there to prescribe my medication but she also takes the time to ask how life has been since she saw me last time. She’s also placed a referral for me in the past as she was concerned about my high heart rate (I have POTS) which my other specialists didn’t even seemed concerned about. She was even visually choked up when she learned about my newly diagnosed genetic condition. So yeah not sure about any of these other reviews but Dr. Laughridge is a wonderful Dr. BUT most importantly she a wonderful human being."

"I’m shocked reading the reviews about Dr. Laughridge because my daughter has benefited greatly from her care. She definitely cares about my daughter as she has provided referrals to specialists that are in a completely different fields than Psychiatry. It was a huge help as it saved my daughter from bothering her PCP about one more referral. (She has newly diagnosed genetic conditions and has to see several specialists) My daughter also has a condition called POTS that she’s made sure to check in w/ her about. If she didn’t care she wouldn’t check w/ her because it does affect how she prescribes her medicine. Even though psychiatrists are there to only regulate meds Dr Laughridge also speaks to my daughter on how things are going with different aspects of her life and never rushes through their appointments."

"I was impressed with the way Dr. Laughridge approached my teenage daughter. She was spot on. My only frustration is the appointment process. We schedule months in advance and twice the appointment was cancelled the day before. My daughter had to wait two additional months to get her medication revised. There should be some safety net in place."

"My daughter was misdiagnosed, HIGHLY medicated, hospitalized twice while under her car. She never listened to our treatment and medication concerns. In my opinion and of her current therapist believe she would have been better off and healthier at this point in her life a 22 if she'd never seen Dr Laughridge at 13. I beg you if you are looking for someone for your child heed this warning. We don't need doctors like her making our children worse. Very sad she continues in a job she clearly isn't happy doing and she's just there for the money. Sad sad sad."
