"Dr. Syracuse gave me all of the information I needed to have to make an informed decision about having my cataract surgery. He was very caring and I felt he did a excellent job. All of the staff and nurses were very accommodating making me feel safe and well taken care of."

"My wife had emergency surgery there and after many failed attempts to get a drain tube in they finally took her to radiology where they were able to get it in. However it was too late because she became septic and had to be air lifted to Chapel Hill and was eventually put on life support. And died a few weeks later. I will keep trying and I know that God will lead me to the proper legal channels to make sure this doesn’t happen again there’s a lot more than I have time to write I have attempted several times to meet the head of the hospital but they refuse to respond to my request"

"brought my mother in law in for xray. while waiting a lady in her late 70’s is sitting in wheelchair crying and freezing. i asked for her a blanket 20 minutes later!! she is waiting on xray for broken pelvic. and thy won’t take her back ahead of minor injuries. i asked for assistance for her and security and nurse escorts me to a hallway away from everyone to wait by myself. i would havre taken he across the street and called 911 just to get her seen worse treatment of elderly people i have ever seen. SHAME! this halway is used for doordash it’s the only staff i’ve seen picking up dinner."

"I had an amazing birthing experience. The staff was friendly and they performed every service with care. I had Josephine and Miriam (I think) at night. They were awesome. They greeted my husband and I every time they entered the room. Once my husband and I were both exhausted and Josephine stayed and feed the baby for us. In the morning I forgot there names (I think it was Amy and Tracy) but these two ladies felt like family. Everything was done with care. They even gave me a sponge bath because I wasn’t allowed to shower. Everything was right on time. I did not have to want for anything. Even Dr. Wang and Ring were very informative and made me feel safe during the surgery. The whole team was fast, friendly and professional. I know this was their jobs but they did it with a smile and they all seem genuine."
