"Let me start by saying this I'm new to the Buffalo area and I'm big on customer service and engagement. I've worked in retail for over 20 years so I know both sides of the fence. I went online to search for sneaker stores in the Buffalo area and Streetgame came up. So, when they came up and I saw the storefront of their merchandise. I decided I would go there and check them out to see what they had. When I walked into store there were two guys at the counter and neither one of them greeted me. Then this lady walks in after me and they immediately greet her. I turned around in shock and looked at them, then one of the guys proceeded to ask me if I needed any help. So, I told him no, I'm good and walked out of the store. Why would I want to patronize a store when they can't seem to greet every customer. Nowadays, it's seems like people are more engaged in their phones at work than making sure they give every customer an exceptional shopping experience. It starts by greeting the customer the moment that they walk through the door!"

"So unprofessional closed store for whole hour constantly calling and a lot of customers they lost pulled up and left because doors was locked spent 500 in store and needed to change size of outfit and couldn’t because they closed the store while still on the clock and advertising open so unprofessional and not good business"

"After shopping all over the city 4 moderate priced items that my granddaughter wanted 4 her birthday, we hit the spot here. She got wat she wanted & more. We both left happy."

"More organized, clean, and better deals on some shoes than the one in the mall. Worth the extra trip if you can stop by both places. Only negative is this place is in the hood. Didn't feel comfortable bringing my kids here."
