I had been going to the blowout bar for ten years just because I missed two appointments in a matter of ten years I was blocked from making appointments. Every time Lauren would get an item to sell I was always one of the first people to buy the product and I always supported her business as a friend. I'm a mom if I was missing appointments there was a reason . She doesn't respect loyalty. But it's okay I'm happier taking my business everywhere else ."

"Was looking for a last-minute place for a blowout and I called this place. I asked if I could come in a half an hour and they said yes. When I got there, I was buzzed in, and was not even once acknowledged by any of the staff. I waited for 20 minutes, and still was not acknowledged. Another customer walked through the door, who the receptionist seemed to be familiar with and was greeted promptly. Not to mention the ignorant comments coming out of the owners mouth. I decided after waiting that I would just leave. why support a business that can’t even greet new customers when they walk through the door? Within 5 minutes of leaving the salon was calling my phone. I didn’t bother answering or going back. To the business owner, Please learn that customer service is everything, you should be kind to those who are willing to support your business ."
