"After getting the worst hair cut I ever had here I finally decided to write a review about it cause after almost a month I get more upset each day. I was hoping the cut was going to get better with time but it’s still as bad and even worse that when I first got it. I’ve been going to this place for years, I get different stylists and they are all pretty good and do what you ask for, no problem. Last time I went I got Joy…I wish I didn’t. I took a photo w the hair style and length I wanted and asked specifically for “LITTLE, LONG AND SOFT LAYERS” , I said LITTLE layers twice. Joy did the opposite, she chopped my hair in 8 different raggedy choppy layers. It looks like I have 8 different cuts, no transition in the layers at all. It looks terrible and it doesn’t get better at all just worse. Every time I look at my hair I get so mad and depressed, it’s just horrible!!! She should not be cutting hair if she can’t listen to the customers request. ZERO stars!"
