"Absolutely loved my experience at this salon! The stylist was top-notch and the ambiance was so cozy. They played the best 90s-2000 R&B tunes you could imagine. The hair washing station? A dream come true! The assistant gave my head a thorough scrub, and the chairs were so comfortable, unlike the usual ones that strain your neck. These ones recline back, letting your head rest in the washing bowl. So relaxing! The best part? No awkward silences! My stylist was a great conversationalist and kept the chat flowing. I showed him an inspiration photo and what he did was beyond my expectations. He nailed it! I'll definitely be making trips back to New York just for this salon. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. It's a 100000% must-visit!"

The team worked together to make sure they could match the pink tone I requested through pictures. They are experienced and professional, knowing what they are doing. "Great service!! I came here for coloring without actually knowing what would work for me. I showed them some pictures for reference and the main purpose was to make my grey hair look natural without much maintenance. They recommended a different look that would go well with my skin tone and also would make my grey hair look natural when the new ones come out. I didn't get what I came for but I got what I needed. I'm happy with it. Highly recommended for their care and attention to details. My stylist was Aaron but the assistant and (I assume) the manager, all were helpful and professional!!"
