"Best place to get a curly perm in NYC! I am so happy i did my perm with this salon. Don was absolutely amazing. She is very passionate and extremely talented. She understood exactly what kind of curls I wanted and she was extremely focused and paid attention to every detail while doing my hair. The perming process was not rushed and Don was did everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend getting ur hair service with Don. You won't be disappointed."

"I am incredibly disappointed by my experience here today. I had an appointment tonight at 7:15p with Kevin. I was asked to come at 6:15p because of a cancellation, which I accommodated. When I arrived, I was told he was finishing up with a client. 20min later, I was told he wouldn’t be able to do my cut/blow dry at all tonight, nor would any other stylist, and was offered an appointment another day. I explained that I have a sunrise engagement photo shoot the next morning and really would appreciate any accommodation. They were unable to resolve the issue, and now I am left with no options for this really special event in my life. Really disappointed. Kevin didn’t even come out to apologize to me, though the receptionist was apologetic."

"I was looking for somewhere to fix a bad highlight job (way too blonde and chunky for my brown hair) and I stumbled upon this place. The staff were so nice and fit me in for an appointment the next day. I went in hoping for anything to be fixed and left literally blown away by my new hair. Lexi was my stylist. As soon as she sat me down: she told me what she could do to fix things and was SO knowledgeable and explained aspects of my hair to me that I didn’t even know. She also made me feel super comfortable and led me through the process so I knew what was going on the whole time. She gave me gorgeous caramel honey colored hair- identical to what I wanted originally. Lexi is an AMAZING hairstylist and literally an artist. The rest of the staff are also so lovely and the salon has a great vibe to it in general. This place is a gem and my only regret is not finding it sooner!"
