"My wife took my son in and he looks exactly like all the other 1 star reviews on here. Seems they only know how to do one particular cut and it looks absolutely horrible. Close cut on the sides and back all the way up and just this tuft on top. Just 2 different lengths. My son looks like he got into a fight with a lawnmower and lost. First time visit and never coming back. Should have definitely looked at the reviews more in depth."
"We love this place! Have been coming for 3 years to do my son's hair and we always leave with a smile on our face, and a lollipop in one hand balloon in the other. Their patience with the kiddos is outstanding. Jen and al the other ladies are just wonderful... so glad we found this place."
"After a subpar experience where I didn't love but also didn't hate a haircut I stopped coming here for a while. Fast forward to today where I decided to give it shot since I know the place and I needed a last minute haircut before my son's birthday party. I asked for the hair to be shorter on the sides, longer on top and made a point to say: "But I want it to blend in, and to look like one cohesive cut so use scissors or the buzzer, it doesn't matter to me as long as it blends well". She used a number 3 all around in one large swoop and cut the top with scissors. It not only looks like 2 different cuts it looks like someone took a ruler to it and went straight through. It looks horrible. When she noticed my discontent she offered to keep cutting on top to blend. She kept cutting in an attempt to fix it- it did not. She said "Ok so you just have to wait for it to grow out, I should have used #4". The owner then agreed and said " well boys cuts usually look like that". No apologies, no attempt to remediate, just an "oh well now it needs to grow attitude". The kid friendly chairs are not enough reason to go and risk a bad haircut, especially as it seems everyone leaves with the same cut- it just happens to work for some hair types and not others."
"This was Michael’s first official hair cut since having a bad experience at barber shop. I set up appointment with Jenn and she suggested I come late afternoon since Michael is very particular and has to feel comfortable. Jenn not only made him feel comfortable and special his haircut experience was so positive and awesome. Kiddy Kutz is our new home for Michael. Jenn and her staff made me and Michael’s father feel so comfortable. We were very nervous since this was our 2nd experience with haircut. So happy we have a home at Kiddy Kutz."
"My son just got a trim here. I was so afraid they would mess up and ruin the baby bowl haircut I usually get at rockin locks. Patricia was the absolute sweetest and she did an amazing job trimming his hair and promising me not to use the razor on him. His haircut looks the same as his usual and it was half the price of the other place and much closer to me. The car selections for him to sit in were awesome too. My son was mesmerized. They were also really sweet and accommodating. I accidentally booked a girls wash, cut, and blow which was $40 and they advised me the person I booked with only do girls cut as well. They kindly squeezed my son in and only charged me $20 for the boys cut. I love this place. They do need a better selection of boys toys though. Maybe I’ll just drop off some of my son’s toys because he has too many anyway. Lol"
