"I had a great experience at Elegance. At first I wasn’t prepared for how crowded it was and felt a bit nervous because there was just so much going on and I have social anxiety. But these ladies are a well oiled machine and I could not be happier with how my hair turned out. I have very thick hair and they tackled it like the pros they are. Making an appointment and paying are both super simple and I will definitely go back again now that know what to expect."

"My daughter got her hair done at Elegance and her hair came out sooo beautiful! Everyone compliments her every where she goes and even my daughter said she’s never gotten so much attention from a hairstyle before. She got to the shop and immediately got in a chair, everyone was nice and there was multiple people helping which helped cut down the time she was there. Would definitely recommend this shop to others! (Photo is almost 2 weeks in and they still look great!)"

"The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the two women that did my hair did a good job and they were very sweet. Everything else was unpleasant. First the place needs to be deep cleaned. Watching roaches crawl up and down the walls was not a great experience. My appointment didn’t matter. I had to wait another hour before someone took me. It can not be safe for them to have so many people in one establishment. I felt very uneasy. People were on top of each other getting there hair done. I at least witnessed 3 altercations regarding prices, braiding and appointments while I was there. It just was not a good experience at all and I just wanted to leave and come home to wash my clothes. Will not be returning."

"Wednesday, 14 December 2022 was my first experience at elegance braiding and I think it’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had braiding my hair Tima and her team took their time and got the job done right on schedule because I had another appointment I needed to get to. From the warmth of their laughter, sharing our stories and like minded spirits,the ladies make you feel welcomed.. the shop is clean and I even had a meal while there which one of the lovely employees went out to purchase for me. Do you want a great service? Well then you have to pay for a great service never hesitate to give this establishment your money you won’t regret it. I’ll be going back after I return from my vacation in January.. BOOK THEM NOW!!!"
