"Asked for an asymmetrical bob with rounded bangs. Stylist acted like I didn't know what I was asking for despite it being the hairstyle I had for 4 years. Insisted on a gentle slope rather than what I normally get, cut my bangs too short and gave me baby bangs, and zeeked my hairline in the process. Every time I mentioned that she was doing something that I didn't want, she treated me as if I was being difficult. I literally just wanted the hairstyle in photo that I showed her, which was a photo of my old haircut but she didn't recognize me so she insisted that I get a more subdued version to "see what I think of the style" Never again."

"The stylist I was booked in for had another client. I was passed onto a colourist to cut my hair - very sweet but she had no clue how to cut hair. To top it off the receptionist tried to charge me the senior stylist prices. Smacks cowboy outfit. Wouldn’t recommend going here."

"Worst experience in my entire life! Lisa had no idea how to even section my hair, let alone how to hold scissors. Fringe trying to pass her off as a senior stylist at $155 is fraudulent. I walked out in the middle of her hacking into my hair and almost my ear. I don’t think Lisa has her license as she didn’t have the basics down. Avoid this place; it’s a nightmare."

"I’ve never left a salon as satisfied and happy as I left fringe salon yesterday! It was my first time getting highlights and Vanessa was warm, patient, and so helpful. And she did an incredible job. Selvi gave me the sexiest cut I’ve ever gotten. I love fringe! What an amazing experience."

"My hair was looking pretty rough when I walked into Fringe. When I left, I felt like a whole new person. Vanessa did an amazing job with my highlights and I'm super happy with the result. On top of doing a great job with the color itself, she was super friendly and gave great product tips. I decided last minute to get a hair cut while I was there and they luckily squeezed me in after my appointment. I didn't have any real goal for length or style in mind since it was a bit of a last-minute decision for the cut, but Lisa took it in stride and talked me through a couple of options. The end result was excellent and I was really happy with the length and layers. One thing I didn't realize before my appointment is that tips are cash only. I almost never have cash on me, so it caught me a bit off guard. So, if you go, be sure to know how much you want to tip ahead of time and have the cash on you. This was a 5/5 for me. I will definitely be back."
