"This salon was the most horrific experience I have ever had. I showed up to my 11am appointment and the salon was still closed. I was able to wait inside in the dark for 40 minutes before the first stylist showed up late for her appointment. My stylist, Mandy, never came. She never called, or texted just completely took my money and ghosted me. After hours of calling and trying to figure out if I would still have my appointment she sent me a refund.Half an apology and basically " my bad I was sleep". About 6 hours later she sent me back my deposit. Unless you are looking for an unprofessional experience go someplace else."

"DO NOT go here to get a wash and set. They over price and give mediocre service. They do what they want to do with your hair. I went here for a wash and set and got a wash and blow out because she had no rollers and wanted to leave. Instead of telling me this when I asked about her services, she just washed imy hair and did what she wanted to do to it. Not to mention she uses excessive heat and a bunch of unnecessary products. Worse wash and set ever."
