"The lamb skewers are not as good as at the other two carts. Lacking in salt, slightly less tender. Still good if the others are closed."

"Came here to try some of the stinky tofu. Prices are good and they prepare it fresh! Taste is flavorful and authentic. I only wish we got a little bit of spice (the guy asked us how much and we said none for this time) so we’ll have to try it again. Definitely going to be coming back, this place is worth a visit. Nice area to sit too. They have a new menu (in blue) and the guy there said you can call ahead to order for pickup as well."

"What makes it different than the other 3 spots? Better seasoning- more salt, and many other subtle flavors beyond just cumin and chili. Music. Better seating. Only thing they lack is chicken hearts, but nobody but me misses that. They also make and sell stinky tofu for cheap, i can't stand the stuff- can smell it before walking up the subway exit. I eat here 5 nights a week. Same order every time- 4 lamb skewers, extra spicy. It's just more flavorful than everything else."

"I had two lamb skewers ($1.75 each) and the stinky tofu ($5 for 6 pieces). Both were excellent. Lamb was super flavorful and tender with just the right amount of fat, while the stinky tofu is an umami bomb despite the smell. I’ll be back!"
