"I have loved and relied on the Costumer for all my costume needs for a while. Which may not seem like very often, but I love me a good costume! Whether it be a snazzy new wig, the perfect Halloween costume, or for a theater production, I turn to the Costumer. They have any costume you can think of. The staff was friendly, helpful, and energetic. One fella, I think his name is Tyler, was such a joy and helped me pick out the most unique costume. I already cannot wait to go back."

"I am working currently and asked a friend of mine to return a pair of tap dance shoes for my nephew. Wants to do some dancing, sounds good to me! I bought shoes for him and brought him to his first lesson. The owner and instructor was very nice and offered him a free pair to wear because he about to turn 3 in November. So, currently, my friend is at the store and ended up with a store credit. I had them purchased at 11:34am on 9/14, and as of 10:15am on 9/15, under 24 hours and no option for a refund. Shoes weren't even used, let alone the box or anything with it doesnt show any wear or damage. I thought this was going to be easy, but I should of went instead. Apparently they RECENTLY changed their policies to all sales final. While this change is effective, I am appalled that an exception cannot be made. First impressions are lasting impressions, I'll have to stop over myself and see what can be done. But, this will be the last time anything is purchased from them. Some faith could be restored if a reasonable person reads this and decides to help me remedy the situation."
