"If you know Zara they are having a sale where the prices are even lower for brand new unworn items so why rip off customers at your store? This Salvation Army is tripling the prices for Zara items. If all your prices are set based on what they are.. why are you changing them? Plato’s closet is down the road for cheaper and the management team speaks to you beautifully. I don’t believe the customer is always right, but talking about a customer indirectly to another employee while they are standing there is unprofessional and rolling your eyes at the person shows how your managers need to improve their social and management skills. The manager Sharon should be demoted for her nasty attitude with people who are clearly spending $$$ at your store. Get. A. New. Job. that doesn’t involve people if you’re not a people person. If Sharon was having a bad day I’m sorry, but please stop taking it out on the customers and God Bless you may god be with you during your difficult days."
"I will never come back to the store ever again people are so rude don’t ever come here this lady called me a steeler for taking one items from outside because this one lady said The item that she got had bedbugs so she throw that away and told me if you want it you can take it so I took it and she said I stole never come here ever again people are so rude racist and Very very disrespectful DO NOT COME Here"
"It'd be nice if something else besides staples were used to put tags on clothes. I bought a really nice shirt, but didn't notice till afterwards that staples from the tag placement had put holes in the shirt."
"Every day there have been sales cutting two price tag colors in half and a third color is less than $1.80. Stock is robust lately on the clothing area. Record albums seem to not be stocked anymore. Credit accepted. If this is helpful, click "like""
