"We asked these guys to look over a truck I was buying from a seller they do business with regularly. We wanted to make sure it would be okay for a cross country trip and we would be safe. Ocean Auto gave us the okay but there were a few repairs that would be needed. After I paid them problems began appearing with the truck. First was a massive, corroded hole in the floorboard which they failed to mention. Second was a gigantic hole in the muffler. After taking it to another mechanic, who had to replace the rear differential, another thing Ocean Auto failed to mention, the mechanic cleaned up a mess the guys at Ocean Auto left in my brakes. Now, during inspection, I'm finding out that the parking brake is completely non functional. It appears that the only thing Ocean Auto inspected on my truck was ways to make money off of me. These guys are only looking to make a quick buck off of people who don't have the knowledge to protect themselves. Keep away from them. Please find another shop."
