"Mark Blocker has been great with treating my child however the people in the office could careless about anyone. I have called numerous times left several messages and talked to someone a few times to please send a alternate medication because everyone is out of what my child usually takes and they keep sending in the samething. My child is now been out of medication since October and we are struggling with this. Looking for another place and would not recommend to anyone."

"I used to be a patient at this practice about 4 years ago it was great. Recently i after looking for a psychiatrist I stumbled back across this practice. I didn’t know they were still open. Now i would say i did read a few other reviews about this place that weren’t the best but i wanted to give them a try since I was a patient a few years ago and was treated good. Honestly I love it. The front desk staff have been very kind and welcoming every time. The office is clean and kept up with. I’m a patient of Nurse Practitioner Ciara McGann and I love her. She gives you the time to talk and feel heard. It sorta makes me feel like i’m talking to my older sister about life and my current struggles. I love how i can tell her about my life and based on everything she uses it to prescribe me on the right medication and dosage for the time being. Truly she’s a 10/10. If you are hesitant on making an appointment you definitely should give them a try it’s really not easy finding a good psychiatrist these days. I haven’t worked with the other Nurses/Doctors at the practice besides Ciara McGann but id definitely recommend her:)"

"We used to love Young Minds Psychiatry, especially the PA, Mark Blocker. He is excellent with my son. However, in the past year, we have not been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame nor have we been able to get our medication refilled. I called 12 times today and not one time did anyone answer the phone! Don't take your children here. We are leaving."

"I would rate lower if I could. From the beginning, this organization was unorganized and apathetic. It took 2 rescheduling for my son's first appointment and they still didn't give me the location I specified so I had to drive out of my way. They point everyone towards their portal, but give no instructions on how to use it. I couldn't set it up and no one answers the phone or calls back to assist. After the initial consultation, I tried reaching the doctor multiple times-- they said a specific "General email" was the best way to reach them yet NO RESPONSE! I left a message to cancel my follow up appointment and when I got a call back they had no idea I had called and wanted to cancel as they only called me to reschedule! I would NOT place your child in their care-- they are completely incompetent and uncaring!"
